Starting at number 5 we have the zip code 14215. In 2022, 14215 saw 226 total residential home sales and the average sale price was $121,835
The 14215 zip code is large and has many flavorful restaurants and local business along Bailey Ave. which runs through its center.
Number 4 on our list is the zip code 14206, which had 221 home sales and an average price of $121,709.
14206 is an eclectic mix of Buffalo’s Babcock, Lovejoy and Kaisertown neighborhoods.
Moving right along at number 3, zip code 14204 had just 35 transactions and an average sale price of $114,581.
14204 is within walking or biking distance to Downtown Buffalo.
Our second entry takes us to zip code 14211, where there were 110 home sales in 2022 with an average sale price of just $97,385.
